The Telesales Executive will drive customer engagement through outbound calling and follow-up activity.

- Outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers.
- Follow up quotes and enquiries.
- Qualify customer needs.
- Log activity in CRM.
- Support marketing campaigns.
- Work with Account Managers.
