The Telesales Executive will drive customer engagement through outbound calling and follow-up activity.

  • Outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers.
  • Follow up quotes and enquiries.
  • Qualify customer needs.
  • Log activity in CRM.
  • Support marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Account Managers.

Essential

  • Telesales experience
  • Communication skills
  • CRM use

Desirable

  • IT sales experience
  • Networking basics

Motivated, energetic, disciplined, customer-focused.

Activity levels, conversion rates, revenue contribution.
