ISDN Switch Off
In 2017, BT declared its plan to discontinue ISDN and PSTN services by the close of 2025. Starting from September 2023, the acquisition of new ISDN lines will no longer be possible. It is imperative for businesses to formulate alternative strategies, transitioning and relocating all ISDN/PSTN channels. Failure to do so will result in a loss of telephony services.
