- Role Purpose
The Account Manager will develop, support, and grow a defined portfolio of reseller and MSP customers.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an assigned customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide quotations and product support.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work with vendors on campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
