  1. Role Purpose

The Account Manager will develop, support, and grow a defined portfolio of reseller and MSP customers.

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop an assigned customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide quotations and product support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Work with vendors on campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.

Essential

  • B2B account management
  • Communication skills
  • CRM proficiency

Desirable

  • IT distribution experience
  • Networking knowledge
